Barangay San Miguel

Barangay San Miguel is a large barangay in the municipality of Maramag, located in the province of Bukidnon, in the Northern Mindanao region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Miguel had a population of 7,190. This made it the 6th largest of 20 barangays in Maramag by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Miguel accounted for approximately 6.64% of the total population of Maramag, which stood at 108,293 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Miguel moving from 6,518 residents to 7,190 residents, an intercensal change of +10.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay San Miguel is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
