Barangay Anislag

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Anislag is one of the administrative divisions of Maribojoc in Bohol, Central Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Anislag had a population of 1,040. This made it the 9th largest of 22 barangays in Maribojoc by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Anislag accounted for approximately 4.69% of the total population of Maribojoc, which stood at 22,178 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Anislag changed from 988 to 1,040, a shift of +5.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Maribojoc. Barangay Anislag is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Maribojoc is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Anislag, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
