Situated in Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, Barangay District III (Pob.) is one of 16 barangays that make up the municipality within CALABARZON.

This made it the 1st largest of 16 barangays in Mataasnakahoy by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality.
