Barangay Ceboza

Situated in Matanao, Davao Del Sur, Barangay Ceboza is one of 33 barangays that make up the municipality within Davao Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Ceboza had a population of 760. This made it the 31st largest of 33 barangays in Matanao by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Ceboza accounted for approximately 1.26% of the total population of Matanao, which stood at 60,493 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Ceboza moving from 710 residents to 760 residents, an intercensal change of +7.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Ceboza as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
