Barangay Poblacion West

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Poblacion West is one of the administrative divisions of Milagros in Masbate, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Poblacion West had a population of 4,006. This made it the 3rd largest of 27 barangays in Milagros by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality.
