Barangay Anahao

Barangay Anahao is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Odiongan, located in the province of Romblon, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Anahao had a population of 2,186. This made it the 11th largest of 25 barangays in Odiongan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Anahao accounted for approximately 4.44% of the total population of Odiongan, which stood at 49,284 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Anahao moving from 1,997 residents to 2,186 residents, an intercensal change of +9.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Anahao is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
