Barangay Santiago (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Pili, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Santiago (Pob.) had a population of 2,511. This made it the 19th largest of 26 barangays in Pili by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
