Barangay Gomez

Barangay Gomez is a small barangay in the municipality of Pontevedra, located in the province of Negros Occidental, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Gomez had a population of 718. This made it the 19th largest of 20 barangays in Pontevedra by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Gomez accounted for approximately 1.32% of the total population of Pontevedra, which stood at 54,502 in the same census year.
