Barangay Aurora

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Aurora is one of the administrative divisions of Pudtol in Apayao, CAR, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Aurora had a population of 450. This made it the 15th largest of 22 barangays in Pudtol by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Aurora accounted for approximately 2.90% of the total population of Pudtol, which stood at 15,491 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Aurora moving from 355 residents to 450 residents, an intercensal change of +26.8%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Aurora is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
