Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.)

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Pulupandan in Negros Occidental, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) had a population of 2,952. This made it the 1st largest of 20 barangays in Pulupandan by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 9.80% of the total population of Pulupandan, which stood at 30,117 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) changed from 2,940 to 2,952, a shift of +0.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in Pulupandan. Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Pulupandan is a municipality comprising 20 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Zone 6 (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
