Barangay Doña Lucia

Barangay Doña Lucia is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Quezon, located in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Doña Lucia had a population of 2,506. This made it the 7th largest of 16 barangays in Quezon by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Doña Lucia accounted for approximately 5.99% of the total population of Quezon, which stood at 41,845 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Doña Lucia moving from 2,329 residents to 2,506 residents, an intercensal change of +7.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Doña Lucia as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
