Barangay San Andres II

Barangay San Andres II is a small barangay in the municipality of Quezon, located in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Andres II had a population of 1,823. This made it the 12th largest of 16 barangays in Quezon by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Andres II accounted for approximately 4.36% of the total population of Quezon, which stood at 41,845 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Andres II changed from 1,793 to 1,823, a shift of +1.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in Quezon. Barangay San Andres II is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Quezon is a municipality comprising 16 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Andres II, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
