Barangay San Gregorio

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay San Gregorio is one of the administrative divisions of Rizal in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Gregorio had a population of 1,959. This made it the 17th largest of 26 barangays in Rizal by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Gregorio accounted for approximately 2.79% of the total population of Rizal, which stood at 70,196 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Gregorio changed from 1,544 to 1,959, a shift of +26.9% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Rizal. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Gregorio as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
