Barangay Illuru Norte

Barangay Illuru Norte is a small barangay in the municipality of Rizal, located in the province of Cagayan, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

This made it the 14th largest of 29 barangays in Rizal by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
