Barangay Villa Concepcion

Barangay Villa Concepcion is a small barangay in the municipality of Roxas, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Villa Concepcion had a population of 1,291. This made it the 21st largest of 26 barangays in Roxas by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Villa Concepcion accounted for approximately 1.96% of the total population of Roxas, which stood at 65,839 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,206 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 1,291 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +7.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Villa Concepcion as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Roxas is a municipality comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Villa Concepcion, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
