Barangay Doña Trinidad

Barangay Doña Trinidad is a small barangay in the municipality of San Andres, located in the province of Romblon, in the MIMAROPA Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Doña Trinidad had a population of 589. This made it the 13th largest of 13 barangays in San Andres by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Doña Trinidad accounted for approximately 3.70% of the total population of San Andres, which stood at 15,940 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Doña Trinidad moving from 614 residents to 589 residents, an intercensal change of -4.1%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Doña Trinidad as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Andres is a municipality comprising 13 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Doña Trinidad, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
