Barangay Kita-Kita

Barangay Kita-Kita is a large barangay in San Jose City, located in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Kita-Kita had a population of 5,772. This made it the 9th largest of 38 barangays in San Jose City by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Kita-Kita accounted for approximately 3.82% of the total population of San Jose City, which stood at 150,917 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Kita-Kita changed from 5,314 to 5,772, a shift of +8.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Jose City. Barangay Kita-Kita is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

San Jose City is a city comprising 38 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Kita-Kita, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
