Barangay Pacpaco

Situated in San Manuel, Tarlac, Barangay Pacpaco is one of 15 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pacpaco had a population of 1,418. This made it the 11th largest of 15 barangays in San Manuel by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pacpaco accounted for approximately 5.00% of the total population of San Manuel, which stood at 28,387 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Pacpaco changed from 1,266 to 1,418, a shift of +12.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Manuel. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pacpaco as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Manuel is a municipality comprising 15 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Pacpaco, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
