Barangay Kondum

Barangay Kondum is a small barangay in the municipality of San Pablo, located in the province of Zamboanga Del Sur, in the Zamboanga Peninsula region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Kondum had a population of 508. This made it the 21st largest of 28 barangays in San Pablo by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Kondum accounted for approximately 1.91% of the total population of San Pablo, which stood at 26,648 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Kondum moving from 521 residents to 508 residents, an intercensal change of -2.5%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Kondum as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
