Barangay Caralucud

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Caralucud is one of the administrative divisions of San Pablo in Isabela, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Caralucud had a population of 710. This made it the 16th largest of 17 barangays in San Pablo by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Caralucud accounted for approximately 2.70% of the total population of San Pablo, which stood at 26,320 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 571 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 710 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +24.3%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Caralucud is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Pablo is a municipality comprising 17 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Caralucud, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Isabela, which contains 1,055 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Caralucud ranks 819th by 2020 population.
