Barangay Minanga Norte

Barangay Minanga Norte is a small barangay in the municipality of San Pablo, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Minanga Norte had a population of 1,222. This made it the 11th largest of 17 barangays in San Pablo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Minanga Norte accounted for approximately 4.64% of the total population of San Pablo, which stood at 26,320 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Minanga Norte changed from 1,090 to 1,222, a shift of +12.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Pablo. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Minanga Norte as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

San Pablo is a municipality comprising 17 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Minanga Norte, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
