Barangay No. 3 (Pob.)

Barangay No. 3 (Pob.) forms part of San Policarpo, a municipality in Eastern Samar, and is classified as a small barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay No. 3 (Pob.) had a population of 1,032. This made it the 5th largest of 17 barangays in San Policarpo by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay No. 3 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 6.72% of the total population of San Policarpo, which stood at 15,365 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay No. 3 (Pob.) changed from 971 to 1,032, a shift of +6.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in San Policarpo.
