Barangay No. 5 (Pob.)

Barangay No. 5 (Pob.) is a small barangay in the municipality of San Policarpo, located in the province of Eastern Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay No. 5 (Pob.) had a population of 1,133. This made it the 4th largest of 17 barangays in San Policarpo by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay No. 5 (Pob.) accounted for approximately 7.37% of the total population of San Policarpo, which stood at 15,365 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay No. 5 (Pob.) moving from 1,069 residents to 1,133 residents, an intercensal change of +6.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
