Barangay Santa Lucia

Barangay Santa Lucia forms part of Santa Ana, a municipality in Pampanga, and is classified as a large barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Santa Lucia had a population of 7,872. This made it the 3rd largest of 14 barangays in Santa Ana by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santa Lucia accounted for approximately 12.79% of the total population of Santa Ana, which stood at 61,537 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 7,393 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 7,872 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +6.5%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Santa Lucia is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Santa Ana is a municipality comprising 14 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Santa Lucia, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
