Barangay Bagumbayan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Bagumbayan is one of the administrative divisions of Santa Barbara in Iloilo, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bagumbayan had a population of 732. This made it the 35th largest of 60 barangays in Santa Barbara by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bagumbayan accounted for approximately 1.08% of the total population of Santa Barbara, which stood at 67,630 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bagumbayan moving from 557 residents to 732 residents, an intercensal change of +31.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
