Barangay San Vicente

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay San Vicente is one of the administrative divisions of Santa Cruz in Occidental Mindoro, MIMAROPA Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 2,125. This made it the 9th largest of 11 barangays in Santa Cruz by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 5.01% of the total population of Santa Cruz, which stood at 42,417 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Vicente changed from 2,020 to 2,125, a shift of +5.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Santa Cruz. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Vicente as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
