Barangay Nangalisan

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Nangalisan is one of the administrative divisions of Santa Lucia in Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Nangalisan had a population of 962. This made it the 6th largest of 36 barangays in Santa Lucia by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Nangalisan accounted for approximately 3.70% of the total population of Santa Lucia, which stood at 25,966 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Nangalisan moving from 1,018 residents to 962 residents, an intercensal change of -5.5%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
