Barangay Quinagabian

Situated in Santa Maria, Isabela, Barangay Quinagabian is one of 20 barangays that make up the municipality within Cagayan Valley.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Quinagabian had a population of 1,179. This made it the 8th largest of 20 barangays in Santa Maria by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Quinagabian accounted for approximately 4.58% of the total population of Santa Maria, which stood at 25,758 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Quinagabian moving from 1,262 residents to 1,179 residents, an intercensal change of -6.6%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
