Barangay Casiber

Barangay Casiber is a small barangay in the municipality of Santa, located in the province of Ilocos Sur, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Casiber had a population of 533. This made it the 15th largest of 26 barangays in Santa by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Casiber accounted for approximately 3.56% of the total population of Santa, which stood at 14,992 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Casiber moving from 584 residents to 533 residents, an intercensal change of -8.7%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
