Barangay Manuel Roxas

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Manuel Roxas is one of the administrative divisions of Santo Niño in South Cotabato, SOCCSKSARGEN, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Manuel Roxas had a population of 4,696. This made it the 2nd largest of 10 barangays in Santo Niño by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Manuel Roxas accounted for approximately 11.80% of the total population of Santo Niño, which stood at 39,796 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Manuel Roxas changed from 4,642 to 4,696, a shift of +1.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with slowly expanding populations in Santo Niño. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Manuel Roxas as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Santo Niño is a municipality comprising 10 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Manuel Roxas, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. The next Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, with officials serving four-year terms under Republic Act No. 12232.
