Situated in Sibagat, Agusan Del Sur, Barangay San Vicente is one of 24 barangays that make up the municipality within Caraga.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 1,325. This made it the 9th largest of 24 barangays in Sibagat by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 3.90% of the total population of Sibagat, which stood at 33,957 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Vicente changed from 1,278 to 1,325, a shift of +3.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Sibagat. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Vicente as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
