Barangay District II (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay District II (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Sibalom in Antique, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay District II (Pob.) had a population of 1,431. This made it the 9th largest of 76 barangays in Sibalom by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay District II (Pob.) accounted for approximately 2.24% of the total population of Sibalom, which stood at 63,833 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay District II (Pob.) changed from 1,398 to 1,431, a shift of +2.4% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Sibalom. Barangay District II (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Sibalom is a municipality comprising 76 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay District II (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
