Barangay Millamena

Classified as a very small barangay, Barangay Millamena is one of the administrative divisions of Sibalom in Antique, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Millamena had a population of 326. This made it the 70th largest of 76 barangays in Sibalom by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Millamena accounted for approximately 0.51% of the total population of Sibalom, which stood at 63,833 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 340 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 326 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -4.1%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay Millamena is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Sibalom is a municipality comprising 76 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Millamena, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Antique, which contains 590 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Millamena ranks 511th by 2020 population. Antique is classified as a 2nd by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, a category that reflects the province's annual regular income.
