Barangay Gracia

Situated in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, Barangay Gracia is one of 10 barangays that make up the municipality within Northern Mindanao.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Gracia had a population of 2,935. This made it the 9th largest of 10 barangays in Tagoloan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Gracia accounted for approximately 3.65% of the total population of Tagoloan, which stood at 80,319 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,574 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,935 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +14.0%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Gracia as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Tagoloan is a municipality comprising 10 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Gracia, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
