Barangay Andal Alino (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Talavera, located in the province of Nueva Ecija, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

This made it the 23rd largest of 53 barangays in Talavera by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
