Barangay Mananao

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Mananao is one of the administrative divisions of Tinambac in Camarines Sur, Bicol Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Mananao had a population of 1,651. This made it the 16th largest of 44 barangays in Tinambac by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mananao accounted for approximately 2.35% of the total population of Tinambac, which stood at 70,176 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Mananao moving from 1,688 residents to 1,651 residents, an intercensal change of -2.2%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Mananao as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
