Barangay R. Magsaysay (Pob.)

Barangay R. Magsaysay (Pob.) is a small barangay in the municipality of Unisan, located in the province of Quezon, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay R. Magsaysay (Pob.) had a population of 753. This made it the 9th largest of 36 barangays in Unisan by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay R. Magsaysay (Pob.) accounted for approximately 2.96% of the total population of Unisan, which stood at 25,448 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 826 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 753 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -8.8%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay R. Magsaysay (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
