Barangay Iglinab

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Iglinab is one of the administrative divisions of Valderrama in Antique, Western Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Iglinab had a population of 1,139. This made it the 6th largest of 22 barangays in Valderrama by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Iglinab accounted for approximately 5.70% of the total population of Valderrama, which stood at 19,971 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Iglinab changed from 925 to 1,139, a shift of +23.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Valderrama. Barangay Iglinab is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Valderrama is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Iglinab, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Antique, which contains 590 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Iglinab ranks 188th by 2020 population.
