Barangay Malabo

Situated in Victoria, Oriental Mindoro, Barangay Malabo is one of 32 barangays that make up the municipality within MIMAROPA Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Malabo had a population of 2,138. This made it the 7th largest of 32 barangays in Victoria by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Malabo accounted for approximately 4.10% of the total population of Victoria, which stood at 52,175 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Malabo moving from 2,123 residents to 2,138 residents, an intercensal change of +0.7%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community.
