Situated in Victoria, Oriental Mindoro, Barangay San Isidro is one of 32 barangays that make up the municipality within MIMAROPA Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Isidro had a population of 2,029. This made it the 9th largest of 32 barangays in Victoria by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Isidro accounted for approximately 3.89% of the total population of Victoria, which stood at 52,175 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Isidro changed from 1,799 to 2,029, a shift of +12.8% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Victoria. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Isidro as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Victoria is a municipality comprising 32 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Isidro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
