Barangay Bulo

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Bulo is one of the administrative divisions of Victoria in Tarlac, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bulo had a population of 3,031. This made it the 8th largest of 26 barangays in Victoria by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bulo accounted for approximately 4.37% of the total population of Victoria, which stood at 69,370 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bulo changed from 2,428 to 3,031, a shift of +24.8% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Victoria. Barangay Bulo is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Victoria is a municipality comprising 26 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bulo, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Tarlac, which contains 511 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Bulo ranks 151st by 2020 population.
