Barangay Calibungan

Situated in Victoria, Tarlac, Barangay Calibungan is one of 26 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Calibungan had a population of 2,569. This made it the 12th largest of 26 barangays in Victoria by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Calibungan accounted for approximately 3.70% of the total population of Victoria, which stood at 69,370 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Calibungan changed from 2,363 to 2,569, a shift of +8.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Victoria. Barangay Calibungan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
