Barangay San Isidro

Situated in Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, Barangay San Isidro is one of 19 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Isidro had a population of 6,130. This made it the 1st largest of 19 barangays in Zaragoza by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Isidro accounted for approximately 11.55% of the total population of Zaragoza, which stood at 53,090 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay San Isidro changed from 5,944 to 6,130, a shift of +3.1% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Zaragoza. Barangay San Isidro is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Zaragoza is a municipality comprising 19 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Isidro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
