Barangay San Teodoro

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay San Teodoro is one of the administrative divisions of Agoncillo in Batangas, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Teodoro had a population of 555. This made it the 20th largest of 21 barangays in Agoncillo by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Teodoro accounted for approximately 1.42% of the total population of Agoncillo, which stood at 39,101 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 575 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 555 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -3.5%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay San Teodoro is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Agoncillo is a municipality comprising 21 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Teodoro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
