Barangay Panacol

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Panacol is one of the administrative divisions of Aguilar in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Panacol had a population of 1,684. This made it the 15th largest of 16 barangays in Aguilar by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Panacol accounted for approximately 3.73% of the total population of Aguilar, which stood at 45,100 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Panacol changed from 1,626 to 1,684, a shift of +3.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Aguilar. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Panacol as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
