This made it the 34th largest of 47 barangays in Amulung by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Jurisdiccion accounted for approximately 1.26% of the total population of Amulung, which stood at 50,336 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Jurisdiccion changed from 763 to 636, a shift of -16.6% over the five-year period.
