Barangay Latar-Nocnoc-San Francisco is a small barangay in the municipality of Aritao, located in the province of Nueva Vizcaya, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Latar-Nocnoc-San Francisco had a population of 632. This made it the 20th largest of 22 barangays in Aritao by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Latar-Nocnoc-San Francisco accounted for approximately 1.50% of the total population of Aritao, which stood at 42,197 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 509 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 632 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +24.2%, consistent with a growing settlement.
