Barangay C. Verzosa

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay C. Verzosa is one of the administrative divisions of Baggao in Cagayan, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay C. Verzosa had a population of 746. This made it the 44th largest of 48 barangays in Baggao by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay C. Verzosa accounted for approximately 0.85% of the total population of Baggao, which stood at 87,753 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 640 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 746 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +16.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay C. Verzosa as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Baggao is a municipality comprising 48 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay C. Verzosa, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
