Situated in Baliuag, Bulacan, Barangay Tiaong is one of 27 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tiaong had a population of 5,861. This made it the 15th largest of 27 barangays in Baliuag by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tiaong accounted for approximately 3.48% of the total population of Baliuag, which stood at 168,470 in the same census year.
