Barangay Tibag

Barangay Tibag is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Baliuag, located in the province of Bulacan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tibag had a population of 2,979. This made it the 23rd largest of 27 barangays in Baliuag by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tibag accounted for approximately 1.77% of the total population of Baliuag, which stood at 168,470 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tibag moving from 3,014 residents to 2,979 residents, an intercensal change of -1.2%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tibag as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
